Review study on hydrotherapy and AQUA therapy in spine disorders

Abstract Introduction: Hydrotherapy is a common comfort measure, treatment and care intervention it therapy prescribed in several clinical specialties for soothing health-promoting qualities. Aim: Through this study, we aimed to analyze as many articles possible on the topic of hydrotherapy spine ailments recovery method. At same time, wanted follow what kind programs or exercises have been performed with patients water which them given best results. Material method: We searched analyzed published 2011-2022 period, using Google Scholar search engine databases such Science Direct, PubMed Research Gate. Initially, selected total 65 articles, which, following use exclusion criteria, were left number 10 articles. Results: It was observed that multiple beneficial effects human body, especially people suffering from various diseases lumbar spine. Conclusions: conclude method rehabilitation conditions, both used independently association other accessible methods.
